The Russians make some cheap (except for the shipping, which is murder) cameras and lenses. So, this is done with a Russan Helios 44 lens, a 1974 vintage lens. Not sure the film, but just a warm mask added, and at that believe it or not, not a strong one. This is Brookpark Rd. in Parma OH on a hot sunday morning August 2008, just after I moved to the Cleveland area.
